1. General Information In compliance with the provision

1. Booking and Attendance

  • Punctuality: Clients must arrive on time. Entry is permitted up to 10 minutes after the class start time for standard pack holders, and strictly up to 5 minutes for Unlimited Members. After these grace periods, the booking is considered a no-show out of respect for the instructor and other clients.
  • Waitlists: If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. If a spot opens, you will be automatically added to the class and notified. Standard cancellation policies apply once added from the waitlist.

2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • Standard Rule: All classes must be canceled at least 12 hours prior to the start time. Cancellations made after this window, or failure to attend (no-show), will result in the forfeiture of the class credit.
  • Unlimited Membership Exception: We understand unexpected situations arise. Unlimited Members are granted up to 2 late cancellations or no-shows per billing month without penalty. Exceeding this limit will incur an automatic €12 fee charged to the card on file for each subsequent missed class.

3. Purchases, Expirations, and Refunds

  • All class packs, memberships, and services are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Class packs are valid for a specific duration (e.g., 30 days, 2 months) from the date of purchase.
  • In the event of a severe medical injury or pregnancy, Corazón Studio may, at its sole discretion and upon receipt of a valid medical certificate, pause or extend the expiration date of a class pack or membership.

4. Unlimited Membership Terms

  • The Unlimited Membership is billed at €180 per month, charged automatically every 30 days from the date of original purchase using the payment method securely stored on your Mindbody account.
  • There is no minimum commitment period. However, cancellations must be requested in writing at least 14 days prior to your next billing cycle. If notice is given with less than 14 days remaining, the membership will be billed for one final cycle and terminate at the end of that subsequent month.
  • The client is responsible for keeping their payment information up to date. If a payment fails, Corazón Studio reserves the right to suspend booking privileges until the outstanding balance is settled.

5. Payments via Mindbody All financial transactions are handled securely by our third-party software provider, Mindbody. Corazón Studio does not collect, process, or store full credit card information locally. By making a purchase, you agree to Mindbody’s terms of service regarding payment processing.

6. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk By participating in classes at Corazón Studio, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks of injury. You confirm that you are in good physical condition and have no medical reason preventing you from engaging in active or passive exercise. You agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of participating in the programs. MPGSTUDIO S.L., its instructors, and staff shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property, except in cases of proven gross negligence.

7. Studio Policies and Modifications

Right to Modify: Corazón Studio reserves the right to alter the class schedule, substitute instructors, or amend pricing and membership structures. Any significant changes to pricing or membership terms will be communicated to active members with at least 14 days’ notice.

Hands-on Adjustments: Our instructors provide hands-on physical adjustments to ensure proper form and safety. If you prefer not to be adjusted, please notify the instructor before class begins.
